Greg found a very interesting combo franchise investment within the boutique fitness world. From a single parent company, he purchased 2 locations for CP on the east coast of Florida and a single location of their newest brand YS closer to home, south of Orlando.

It was a combination of factors for Greg. First, the leadership team of the franchisor is simply the best in the franchise world – deep, experienced, well capitalized and focused. Second, Greg loved the strong brand differentiation of both models which will offer him the ability to enter the market well and sustain a strong competitive position in the long term.
