Who made the investment?
Zach from Pittsburgh, PA
Zach was at an interesting career transition point. He grew up in a family owned business and was learning the business and was the CEO in training. However, an industry player stepped up and made the family an offer that was too good to miss. So, the family sold the business and Zach pivoted.
Why was he looking for a franchise?
Zach has only ever known business ownership. The family business was started by his grandfather, operated for many years by his dad and he was training to be the next generation owner. Business ownership is in his blood.
What did he invest in?
A 6-unit development plan for MSS. He will be splitting his territory between Cleveland, OH and Phoenix, AZ.
MSS offers individual salon space rentals for beauty professionals. This business is VERY low maintenance and is really a specialized property management business.
Why did he choose that brand?
Zach was seeking a business that could transition for him over time. Today, he has time and is willing to invest that time to build the business and get it up and running. Over time, Zach wants to diversify into additional income streams. MSS becomes more absentee as the business matures. In the long run, Zach can hire a single employee to manage the entire MSS portfolio and spend his time building a second business.
