In my opinion, one of the most useful personal financial planning books that I have read is Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. If you have not read this book, it discusses Kiyosaki’s philosophy of creating (1) passive and (2) diversified income streams as an alternative to working for a salary only, which is (1) active and (2) concentrated. I completely agree with his philosophy and would love for you to think more about his plan.
