In addition, with 3 younger sons at home, David was seeking a business ownership role that would offer him time flexibility to be able to balance his work and family commitments.

David decided to become a multi-unit franchise owner with a boutique fitness brand that offers specialized fitness workouts to the middle aged (40-60 year old) members. In order to have runway to build a bigger opportunity and eventually hand the operations over to a management team, David is planning to build 3 locations over the next 3 years, all in great neighborhoods of Pittsburgh.
Why did he choose that brand?
David ran with one of his passions and found a very unique opportunity within the boutique fitness world. If you saw David in person, you would see a guy who is absolutely in shape. This is a part of who David is, including early morning time at the gym every day. David’s new business provides a unique fitness service to clients who are middle aged (40-60 years old) and are not necessarily gym nuts. In doing this business, David is able to help them build a healthier lifestyle day by day.
In addition, David’s new business is operated day to day by a hired leadership team with David only playing a part time role. This is going to offer David the career and family flexibility that he was seeking in the process.
